Kim Foley is executive vice president of Global Olefins & Polyolefins (O&P) and Refining for LyondellBasell, one of the world’s largest plastics, chemicals, and refining companies. In this role, Foley has manufacturing and commercial responsibility for the O&P Americas and O&P Europe, Asia and International (EAI) segments, Refining business segment, as well as Supply Chain.
Prior to this appointment, Foley served as executive vice president of Intermediates and Derivatives and Refining for LyondellBasell. Previously, she also served as senior vice president, Global Engineering, Turnarounds and Health, Safety and Environment for the company. She has more than 35 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, including leadership positions in Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, Finance and Supply Chain.
Foley is on the Board of Directors of American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers, as well as ZLMC, the company’s Propylene Oxide Joint Venture in China. In the past, she has been heavily involved in a number of industry and transportation associations, including the East Harris County Manufacturers Association, the American Chemistry Council Distribution Committee, and the National Freight and Transportation Association.
Foley received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Drexel University.
